Firstly, thank you so much for choosing me and for trusting me to capture one of the most meaningful days of your lives. It is such an honour to be part of your story, and I genuinely cannot wait to celebrate alongside you.

I've created this guide to make your wedding planning feel a little easier, a little more inspiring, and a lot more intentional. Inside, you'll find everything from planning advice and timeline tips to vendor recommendations, photography guidance, and all the little things I've learnt over the past five years that help create a beautiful, relaxed wedding day.

Think of this as your go-to companion throughout the planning process. Whether you're just getting started or counting down the final weeks, I hope you can come back to it whenever you need a little guidance or inspiration.

Secure Your Dream Vendors.

I am sure you are on to this but keep booking your dream vendors. Some of them get snatched up really quick! If you need help with finding vendors, you can find my recommended vendor list here -

Catch Up With Me.

We tend to catch up at least 3 months before your wedding. This helps me gather the information needed to I can plan where I need to be and when. If your wedding is interstate eg. in Sydney and you would like me to travel for a site visit beforehand, we can organise this. Just reach out!

Timeline Drafting.

This more for me but with the information I gather in our meeting, I put together but own time line and make sure our timing aligns.

Finalise Last Details.

I’ll check in with you to see how you are and if there is anything that has changed.

Receive Your Preview Gallery 1 week after your wedding.

You’ll receive a small gallery of your photographic memories of your day. They typically go out on a Thursday so after your wedding, keep an eye on your inbox.

Full Gallery Delivered within 10 weeks of your day.

Your full gallery will aimed to be delivered to you within 10 weeks of your wedding day. After a few weeks after you’ve enjoyed your photos, shared them with family and friends and relived your day, I’ll touch base with you again to see if you would like to purchase any prints or being the process of creating a bespoke wedding album.
